Registration and accounts

At Tsubacheck Honor, we offer two types of profiles: Lite and Premium. If you want to sign up as a Lite user, simply register in the app with your name and email address. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with your login details to start using our features immediately.
But if you want to enjoy all the functionalities we offer, including having a dedicated consultant, you will need to register as a Premium user. To do so, please contact us and a personal consultant will contact you as soon as possible to explain the details of the process and accompany you during the onboarding and KYC process.
Lite version is free, fully unattended, basic support via email. Logs and user activity are not verified, nor certified. In addition, logs are stored only on the device, without backup.
The Premium version is paid, with dedicated support with a personal advisor from the moment of registration. Logs and user activity are verified and certified. It also has other services such as backups, periodic reports and personalised reports.

Yes, if you are a Lite user, just contact us and a personal advisor will contact you to inform and guide you through the registration process.

Registrations made with the Lite version are lost when switching to the Premium version, these registrations are different as they are not verified or certified and cannot be used as proof of certified registration. In addition, the login changes.
Yes, we advise you to consult your advisor. The change of version type may result in the loss of information as the records of the Premium version are different from the records of the Lite version. In addition, the login changes.
By upgrading to the Premium version your device will be associated with your Premium account.
For the Lite version, you will receive an email with your login details when you create your account.
For the Premium version, your personal advisor will provide you with login details that include 12 seed words to secure and encrypt your data.
The 12 seed words are the key to access all your information. They are generated at the moment of creating the user, the advisor gives them to you at that moment and from then on you are the only one responsible for keeping them and not losing them.
The 12 words are not stored in any database in a readable form and cannot be retrieved. They are stored irreversibly encrypted on the device and are used as a key. But we never have access to them directly, we only have access to them in their encrypted form, which is not reversible.
Yes, but be aware that as the data is stored locally, switching devices may result in the loss of information if a backup plan is not in place.
For the Lite version, the change of device will result in the total loss of information about the records.
For the Premium version, if you have activated the backup when you change device, the data can be recovered and uploaded to the new device.
For the Premium version, you will need the 12 seed words and contact your consultant to register and validate the new device.

They cannot be recovered. The loss of the 12 words will prevent you from recovering your account if you change device. The data related to that account will be unrecoverable as you need the 12 seed words to decrypt it.

To sign up for Tsubacheck Honor, simply sign up for the app with your name and email address. Within minutes, you will receive an email with your login details to start using our features immediately.
Yes, but you have to keep in mind that as the data is stored locally, changing the device will result in the total loss of the information on the Check-ins.

Check-ins

A check-in is an action that records the user’s location at the moment the user triggers the check-in action and is accompanied by a photo proof;
Tsubacheck Certified is a seal of assurance by which Tsubacheck certifies that the record is as legitimate as possible with the information collected.

The registration or check-in, verifies and certifies the user’s location, through geolocation technologies, biometrics, proof of life and data persistence in Blockchain.

Tsubacheck uses several layers of security to ensure that user location information is 100% legitimate. This is done by collecting data on the location of the device and the location of the user’s environment to verify that the location is correct. This is key to the operation of Tsubacheck Honor and the safety of users. Any attempt to cheat the system is recorded and may create inconvenience for the user.

To certify the registration of the user’s location, a proof-of-life biometric verification is performed. This biometric proof of life verification makes it possible to certify that the user who is the owner of the user licence is the one who is actually registering his location. This proof of life verification prevents possible fraud in the location registration.

Data persistence in blockchain consists of storing all the information related to the registration or check-in in a blockchain network. All information stored in blockchain is stored in a persistent and immutable way. This means that it is always available, since the blockchain network is distributed and is always active, and also by the very definition of blockchain technology, what is stored in the blockchain network cannot be modified or deleted.

All stored data is encrypted.
Locally encrypted with the application’s local password.
In the blockchain and in the backups all user data is encrypted with the 12 seed words given to the user at the time of registration.

The Lite version only records location without verification or biometric certification and the information is not stored persistently on the Blockchain. In the Lite version, the information is collected, stored locally on the device but not verified or certified, so that information does not go through the verification and certification process Tsubacheck.

The photo accompanying the record is documentary evidence that can be provided to add strength to the record. This photo can be a selfie, a ticket, the newspaper, a photo of the surroundings or something that helps provide proof of the location to be recorded. We recommend that you make it as explicit as possible to prove your location.

These reports are created automatically during the 5 days following the end of the corresponding quarter. The quarters are: January-February-March, April-May-June, July-August-September, October-November-December.

A customised report is a document that collects the records made between two dates indicated by the user. The maximum number of days between the two dates is 90 days.

All reports are available in PDF and CSV format.

In the Reports section of the application. Reports are created and available for download for a short period of time. If this period is exceeded, the report has to be generated again. All report requests are always available and you can request the download as many times as necessary.

Quarterly reports are at no additional cost, they are included with the annual subscription.
Customised reports cost 100 credits per date range.
