RJ DIGITAL HUB, SLU is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to the website tsubacheck.com and governs the collection and use of personal data through it.
By accepting this privacy policy, you consent to the practices described below.
Who is the data controller?
The personal data you provide through this website will be processed by RJ DIGITAL HUB, SLU (trading as Undercoverlab), as data controller. RJ Digital Hub is the owner of this website, a company with its registered office at C/ de la Sardana 3, ático escalera B, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra), entered in the Companies Register of the Principality of Andorra under number 17940 and with tax registration number (NRT) L-713047-Z. Telephone: +376 844 297.
Data Protection Officer: Xus Boya, dpo@undercoverlab.com.
What data do we collect?
In compliance with Law 29/2021 of 28 October, qualified law on personal data protection (hereinafter, “LQPD”), and the regulations implementing it, we inform you that this website collects:
- Data you give us expressly through the contact form: name, company, work email address, reason for the enquiry and the message you write.
- Technical data recorded automatically on the server when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time. They are used only for the operation and security of the site.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in the form message.
Do we collect cookies?
No. This website does not install its own or third-party cookies, and does not use analytics or advertising tools. You will find the details in the cookie policy.
For what purpose do we process your data?
RJ Digital Hub will process your personal data only for the purpose you consent to when you send the form by ticking the corresponding box, which is never ticked by default:
- Answering your request: replying to your enquiry, arranging a demonstration, assessing your request for API access or a collaboration proposal, and keeping up the communication needed to do so.
We do not use your data to send you marketing communications or to build profiles, and we do not take automated decisions about you.
The server’s technical data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
How long will we keep your data?
RJ Digital Hub will keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose described:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: deleted once they have been dealt with. The email goes to the bin and is permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Enquiries that lead to a business relationship: kept for as long as that relationship lasts and for the 5 years after it ends, unless the law requires a longer period.
If a law requires RJ Digital Hub to keep them for longer, they will be kept for that additional period, blocked and processed only to ensure they are preserved. Once these periods have passed, the personal data will be erased.
Form messages are not stored on the web server: they are sent directly to RJ Digital Hub’s email. The server’s technical logs are, however, included in the backups made by Dinahosting: a daily backup kept for 7 days and a monthly backup kept for 5 years. These backups are used only to restore the service in the event of an incident, and access to them is restricted.
Who will we share your data with?
As a general rule, your data are not disclosed to third parties without your express consent. To fulfil the purpose described, and only when necessary, your personal data may be passed to:
- Data processors acting for RJ Digital Hub, who process them on its instructions and with appropriate security and confidentiality measures:
- Dinahosting, S.L., web hosting provider.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), provider of the email service that receives the form messages.
- Competent public authorities, in the cases provided for by law and for the purposes the law defines.
No other recipients are envisaged.
Will we transfer your data to countries outside Andorra?
Yes, in the following cases:
- Spain (European Union). The website is hosted by Dinahosting in Spain, a Member State of the European Union, which Andorran legislation considers a country with an adequate level of protection.
- Ireland (European Union). The email service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, in Ireland, a Member State of the European Union with an adequate level of protection under Andorran legislation.
- United States and other countries where Google has data centres. Google may process the data outside the European Union. The United States is not among the countries that Andorran legislation considers to have an equivalent level of protection, so these transfers are based on the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, included in Google Workspace’s data processing terms, which the APDA recognises as an adequate safeguard. Even so, there is a risk: data processed in the United States may be subject to the laws of that country, which allow its authorities to access them in certain circumstances, with safeguards that differ from Andorra’s.
What rights do you have?
In compliance with the LQPD and its implementing regulations, RJ Digital Hub informs you that you have the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, portability, erasure and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise them, send a written and signed request to dpo@undercoverlab.com, attaching a copy of your passport or other national identity document.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction when exercising them, you may lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (www.apda.ad), where you can also find more information about your rights.
Can I withdraw my consent?
Yes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to dpo@undercoverlab.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In that case, RJ Digital Hub will stop processing your personal data, except on compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
What security measures do we use to protect your data?
RJ Digital Hub guarantees that the processing of your personal data is subject to the strictest duty of confidentiality, and that it has put in place the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure its security and prevent its alteration, misuse, loss, theft and unauthorised processing or access. Among them, communication between your browser and the website is encrypted using HTTPS.
Changes to the privacy policy
This privacy policy may change in line with the legislation applicable at any given time. You will be duly notified of any change so that you are aware of it and can, where appropriate, give your express consent.
